If a Trainer encounters a Shiny Pokémon as a research reward, said Pokémon volition remain shiny until the Trainer captures it. The Trainer is free to run abroad and re-encounter the Pokémon and it will ever be shiny.^[i]
Upon collecting the reward (which grants the stamp), you can choose not to enter the come across immediately, only if you tap the reward again, yous will immediately be taken to the meet without alert. However, if yous don't have enough Poké Assurance to catch it, you can go out and the reward will nevertheless be available later on. The Pokémon is considered to have spawned when you first enter the run across.
